Amazing company and the only car rental agency that I will be using when in the Salt Lake City area. When I arrived, I called Rugged that I had landed and on my way. My car was ready when I arrived and took less than 5 minutes to get me ready and going. Great customer service. Very enjoyable experience.

This is my second time renting with Rugged Rentals and their customer service is impeccable. Plus, they will guarantee a 4WD or AWD vehicle which is very important to me as I drive on the snowy mountain roads. Most major rental agencies will not guarantee that your vehicle is 4WD/AWD, and Rugged STILL beats them on price, value and service.
